We are a small, family-owned business, doing what we LOVE.  We love making people happy and providing people with what they need and want.  So as far as terms and conditions--we want you to be happy--period.  We'll do whatever we can for that.  We put our hearts and souls into everything we make and do, so please just contact us if you need more information about our products, or if you have a special request.  We make your order after payment is received, so every order is fresh, and our secret ingredient in everything we make is love.  That's what you can expect from us. 

We'd like to think that you are the same way--we expect full payment for our products and classes, pre-registration for classes, and that you show up for something you have registered for.  Let's have a great relationship!  We'll help each other.
